Who we are

Hex8 (hex8.ai) and Improve Marketing (improvemarketing.com.au), partner businesses providing AI, marketing and technology services in Australia and Brazil.

What we collect

Your quiz answers, name, email, phone (if provided), country, the page you came from and campaign parameters (UTM). If you record a voice note in an open question, we keep the audio and its transcript.

How we use it

Only to build your diagnosis, recommend the best-fit solution for your profile and contact you about it. If you opt in, we also send you insights on AI for business.

Confidentiality commitment

We treat your business information as confidential. It is used internally by Hex8 and Improve Marketing only, and is never sold, shared or disclosed to third parties, except service providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, email and CRM) under the same duty of confidentiality, or where required by law.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and unsubscribe at any time, by emailing info@hex8.ai. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and Brazil's LGPD.

Retention

We keep data while there is a business relationship or legitimate interest, or until you ask us to delete it.
